Time to bake!

Ingredients

To start we need the ingredients, and these are simple ingredients you would find in a kitchen, 1/2 cup melted butter or 1 stick

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa, 1 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3/4 cup flour, and 1/4 tsp salt.

Instructions

Now it's onto the instructions. First you'll want to mix your sugar cocoa and butter in a bowl big enough to make the batter, after you mix that evenly you'll want to add the eggs and vanilla, also preheat the oven to 350° and mix well, now the eggs will want to clump together so you should break up the yolks first then mix it in fully, once you've got a nice mix you now need to add the flour and salt, for the flour you should go slow. I recommend adding a fourth at a time and mixing in between fourths. Then it won't be overpowered by flour right away and it'll be easy to mix, and much cleaner. Now, this next part is optional but highly recommended! Add toppings or something that will give a pop to the brownies, like nuts, fruit, or even raisins. I had added peanut butter chocolate chips and regular chocolate chips. Now once you have it all mixed in you'll want to spread it evenly into a pan, I used a 9" by 13" pan but any medium-sized pan should do, for this recipe makes about 12-15 {depending how you cut them.} After putting them in the oven for about 25 minutes you'll let them cool and I recommend letting them sit overnight either in room temperature, or in the fridge {So you can get that brownie texture of a crunchy outside top layer, and a nice chewy inside.
