The good old cow pies

This was a more strange recipe, making it was fun yet messy for how sticky the batter is. It is difficult to put them on a pan and know when they were done, because you would use a whoopie pie pan {which I don't have} and that would supposedly make the cookie flatter and into the top of a cookie, but when I made mine I didn't have that pan and the cookie part was thicker so it took longer to bake.
